Clinton County HCE was founded in 1945 and is presently composed of 65 members and 2 units. Our purpose is to enrich people's lives by providing high-quality education programs and experiences that promote responsible leadership and community service.

Programming & Lessons

 

 Clinton County HCE offers a variety of lessons. Many are developed by the University of Illinois Extension and we enlist local experts/presenters for other lessons.
