JoDaviess County HCE was founded in 1935 and is presently composed of 70
members in six Units. To enhance the lives of individuals and families
through quality educational programs and experiences, encouraging
responsible leadership and service to the community.

JoDaviess County HCE offers a variety of lessons. Many are developed by the University of Illinois Extension and we enlist local experts/presenters for other lessons.
