About Us:
The Pike county organization was established as Home
Bureau on
October 14, 1938, with 353 members.
In 1968, Home Bureau was renamed Homemakers Extension Association.
In 1992, the organization was restructured and renamed the Pike County
Association for Home and Community Education. Our current
Extension Director is Kristin Huls.
